Eyeliner permanent makeup Process & Aftercare.
Eyeliner permanent makeup consists of 2 steps. After 4 weeks, your eyeliners will be healed and we try to achieve a 60% retention rate. This is achieved with our products, pigments and skills used in the initial treatment. If you choose to stop here with eyeliner treatment, they are going to look OK, but you will not get the complete effect of a pair of beautiful eyeliners for the entire 12-24 months. The initial filling after 4-6 weeks lets me fill up everything where it is needed and then the pigment is back at 100%.
A few other things that you need to take into account BEFORE treatment - if you have any questions you are very welcome to ask me:
Do not drink coffee, alcohol or energy drinks on the day you go for treatment.
Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E or ibuprofen 24 hours before treatment.
Do not take Omega3 (fish oils) all week before treatment.
Do not use a solarium or be exposed to a lot of sunshine for 3 days before treatment
No waxing 2-3 days before treatment
No peeling, dermabrasion, laser or other intensive treatment such as. Botox 2 weeks before or after treatment
The skin must be healthy, not irritated and without blemishes. I can not treat stains or birthmarks.
Typical Eyeliner Treatment
Before you come for treatment, you will receive a quick consultation where we talk about your expectations and results of the treatment.
Afterwards, I draw the desired eyeliners so that they match your unique face as best as possible…
In the next step, I choose the best color.
Once the first blows are done, I apply a painkiller to reduce discomfort.
Pigment is used with each stroke to define your eyebrows.
In the next step a pigment mask is absorbed into the skin.
Once it is over, the skin is thoroughly cleansed.
After the treatment I use a conditioner and you must continue to use the conditioner you get from me. I can not guarantee the final result even though I would very much like to. Please read below - do you have…
Very oily skin?
Is your skin very sensitive or reactive?
Eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or melasma?
If you can answer yes to some of the above your eyeliners result will unfortunately not hold up so well and details may disappear faster. Remember this when choosing a treatment with me. This may mean that you need extra treatments and / or more touch ups. Eyebrows after treatment may well last for a long time and results can be really good, but I can not guarantee it. The best thing to do is not to do too much!
Please read the instructions below before you book an appointment with me so that you can take part in carrying out the treatment in the best possible way. Give yourself 7-10 days for eyeliners to heal. Do not use cream just let them heal completely naturally. Just follow these instructions for perfect eyeliners - it's really easy, no water, no sweat, no sun for 10 days!
Immediately after treatment - be sensitive!
Day 1: Cleanse for the first hour after treatment with a wipe or neutral soap and warm water, no cream!
Rest of the days: let them heal naturally. NO CREAM.
Be aware that eyeliners will itch but avoid touching them.
In addition to wiping and cleaning, avoid getting too wet! Always have a dry towel next to you when you take a shower to wipe them off if they get wet. Sweat is not good because it cleanses the pigment out of your skin!
Do not use make up or other cosmetics on your eyeliners for 7-10 days.
Do not touch the wounds - it removes the pigment from the eyeliners.
